With the help of Chet Ripper, the Texas Daytripper, I had the pleasure of being guided through Goodstock by Nolan Ryan. To add to the special 2020 edition of Texas Monthly’s Virtual BBQ fest, viewers were treated to a quick BBQ lesson from Nolan and his butcher. I was asked to capture the dialogue and accompanying items in the store.
